Returns and Exchanges

  1. How do returns or exchanges work?
    • Exchange via Calendar Retail Store (Singapore Only)

      Item(s) purchased online and delivered within Singapore can be exchanged at any CALENDAR retail stores in Singapore within 7 days from the date of purchase. You will need to bring along the enclosed returns slip, together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to the retail store.

      Our retail staff will then evaluate the condition of your returned item(s). If deemed to be eligible for return or exchange, you will be entitled to an exchange of size and/or colour of the same style in the retail store immediately. No other forms of return (such as a cash voucher) will be given.

      If your preferred size and/or colour of any particular item is found to be unavailable, you will be entitled to an exchange of any of the available item(s) in the retail store. In the event that the value of the exchanged item(s) is higher than that of the returned item(s), you will be required to top up the difference. There will be no refunds should the value of the exchanged item(s) be lower than that of the original item(s).

      Please do drop us an email at hello@calendarfashion.com stating your intent to visit our store before heading down to make a return, so we will be best prepared to serve you.

    • Exchange via Registered Mail / Courier Service

      Item(s) purchased online and delivered within Singapore can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery:

      Step 1:

      Contact us at hello@calendarfashion.com to notify us of your intent to return your purchased item(s). Do include a description of the item(s) and the reason(s) for return.

      Step 2:

      Fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form found in your parcel. Should the Returns and Exchanges Form not be included within the parcel, you may download it here.

      Step 3:

      Please ship the item(s), together with the completed Returns and Exchanges Form, to our address at:

      Step 4:

      Send our customer support the tracking number on your parcel.

      Step 5:

      Returned items may take up to 10 days to reach us. You will receive an email from our customer support once your return has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your returned items for it to be processed.

      Do note that at the time of processing, our customer support may request for further information. We will also conduct an inspection of the returned item(s) to ensure that the return request is valid, before shipping the replacement item(s) to you. We will also notify you via email on the status of the returns at this point.

      Please take note that all exchanges will be subjected to stock availability. In the event of unavailable stock, you will be entitled to an exchange of any of the available item(s) in the online store. Do take note that if the value of the exchanged item(s) is higher than that of the returned item(s), you will be required to top up the difference. There will be no refunds should the value of the exchanged item(s) be lower than that of the original item(s).

  2. Can I request for a refund?

    We are sorry, but all sales are final at the point of purchase and no refunds will be entertained.

  3. What are the requirements needed in order to make a return or exchange request?

    We will entertain a return or exchange request based on the following:

    • A wrong order has been shipped to you.
    • The item(s) you received are defective or damaged upon delivery.
    • You would like to exchange for a different size of the same item(s). Do note that this will be subject to availability of stock.
    • Returned item(s) must be in its original condition (as delivered) and also accompanied with the original tags and return slip.
    • Item(s) which show extensive wear and tear (outbound link to Wikipedia) are not eligible for return or exchange. We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) prior to any exchange or return. In any case of dispute, our decision shall be final.

  4. What is the duration to make valid return or exchange request?
    • For purchases within Singapore, requests for return and exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase at our physical store(s) and within 7 days of delivery for online purchases.

      For online orders, you have the option to making the return or exchange at our physical store(s). Please indicate this preference in your email to us beforehand.

    • For international purchases, requests for return and exchange must be made within 4 weeks of delivery.
  5. Are shipping charges refundable?

    All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
